Waverly® AC Series Bench Top Autoclaves are fully automatic sterilizer machines perfect for many different industries such as scientific research labs, medical offices, clinical labs, nail/beauty salons, tatoo parlors, and many more. They are fully automatic steam & pressure sterilizers. This means that with just a press of a button, the autoclave will run the complete cycle per the FDA guidelines: max temp of 121°C, min time of 30 min, and ends with a dry cycle. Waverly® AC series autoclaves can be used for any load type, including wrapped or unwrapped instruments, small porous items, hallow items (tubes, tips, etc), needles, products in pouches, textiles, and liquid media. There are 5 different programs depending on the material you're sterilizing: Solid (unwrapped), Wrapped, Textile or Drying, Prion, Liquid.

Working Cycle
Safety
- Double door protection system prevents the cycle from starting if the door is not correctly locked. This system also prevents the door from opening if the pressure inside the chamber is not equal to atmospheric pressure outside the chamber.
- Pressure safety valve prevents over pressure in the chamber and steam generator.
- The power is automatically cut if a short circuit or electrical fault occurs.
- Able to detect and identify the exact cause of any problem, and to issue a specific error code to the operator.
- Water level main switch in the main tank controlling the min and max water level.
Documentation
- Printer: an external printer is optional
- USB port: it is used for connecting a USB stick, all sterilization data are automatically written in the USB stick and can be read directly in any PC and stored electronically.
- Internal memory: the last 20 cycles can be automatically stored in the autoclave system, which can be printed out at any time
