Long Description

After years of R&D, Waverly Scientific is proud to finally introduce to you AutoPette™ motorized pipette. Designed with the vision to create the ultimate automatic pipette for everyday use that nearly eliminates employee/student repetitive stress injuries while maximizing accuracy, precision and reliability by almost eliminating human error. The design of the AutoPette™ is much different than most ‘electronic’ pipettes in the industry that are bulky, heavy, complicated, expensive and only used for special applications. The new Waverly AutoPette motorized pipette has created a new class of its own!

The first primary difference of the AutoPette is its compact stature and ultra-light weight, similar to the size/weight of an Eppendorf Research plus mechanical pipette. The second difference is the user-friendly operation; with just a button and turn-knob, user can easily change speed, volume, function and then lock it in within seconds. Finally, the third difference is its affordable price, now similar to that of major brand manual pipettes. Any lab can now replace their non-calibrated manual pipettes for a brand new set of AutoPettes with no additional unplanned cost to the budget.

Like most traditional electronic pipettes, AutoPette has all the multifunctional capabilities: pipette, mix (wash), step (repeater). It has three adjustable speeds for aspirating and dispensing accommodating personal preference or application requirements. 

Calibration

All Waverly pipettes have been quality tested according to ISO8655-2:2002 and are supplied with individual calibration certificates. The quality control includes gravimetric testing of each pipette with distilled water at 22ºC.
