Designed for top-tier performance and long-lasting durability, the Protector Premier Laboratory Hood by Labconco delivers exceptional personal protection for a wide range of general chemistry applications. Featuring a seamless, one-piece fiberglass-reinforced polyester (FRP) interior, this high-performance fume hood resists both chemical corrosion and fire — and is remarkably easy to clean. The sleek, molded liner minimizes joints and seams, reducing weak points and extending the life of the unit in demanding lab environments.

Tested to meet SEFA-1 standards, the Premier Hood supports safe operation at face velocities as low as 60 feet per minute (fpm) — ensuring efficiency without compromising containment. Choose between models designed for integration with a remotely located blower or Labconco’s exclusive built-in blower system, the only high-performance hood of its kind on the market.

For labs working with explosive or flammable materials, explosion-proof models are available and certified for Class I, Division I or II environments.
